COVID INFORMATIONS AND INSURANCE FOR GUESTS

We have created a new BESAFE RATE including insurance: a special rate to travel without worries and in complete safety, with an added value included for you and your family!

To ensure you have a peaceful stay, we have taken all the necessary security measures.
- Sanitation of all environments
- Disinfectant gel and protections

We have been sanitizing linen (towels and sheets) with ozone washes for a couple of years and we will continue to do so.

In all the common areas of the hotel there are sanitizing gel dispensers to disinfect your hands.

How is check in and check out?
Unfortunately we will have to give up a good handshake or a hug. This year we should keep our distance while trying to offer the usual welcome.
The check-in can take place online, you will be sent an email with a link where you can enter your details directly in a form or by sending us the documents via email.
Upon your arrival at the hotel you will only be given the room key.
Also for the check out you can request to have the account via email and communicate the credit card details for the withdrawal of the balance.

Will we be able to spend a family vacation?
Sure! Families who already live together will be able to continue to do so even on vacation. They can have dinner together and take the same elevator.

Will we be able to use the swimming pool and the wellness center?
we hope to open these areas for the relaxation of our guests like last summer, we will be sure of this only with the new DPCM that will be there at the beginning of December.

Will we be able to use the playroom for our children?

Access will be by reservation / limited access upon availability.

Will we be able to go on excursions?
Of course! The mountain and its wide spaces will allow you to move freely.
As for the ski resorts, we are waiting to read the new DPCM of December.

The duties of the guests
In order to allow all our guests to experience their holiday safely, we would also need your help. In case of symptoms, even mild ones, please notify the reception by telephone who will take all the necessary measures. Regarding the routine instead, we are all aware of the importance of washing hands frequently and wearing masks.

We will kindly ask you to keep your distance from other people (for example at the buffet) and not to use the elevator with people who are not part of your family.
