General terms and conditions
PRICES
Prices are given per person, per day, including:
- Delicious buffet breakfast
- Select dinner menu (choice of four pasta or rice dishes and four mains each day)
- À la carte lunch in restaurant or pizzeria, 10% discount
- Free use of Finnish sauna, steam room, Brechelbad sauna and hydromassage
- Free use of fitness centre with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment
- Indoor garage
- Natura Card pass with free entry to entertainment in Livigno, and numerous discounts on services and products.
OPTIONS
- An additional charge of € 15.00 per day is applicable for single rooms.
- An additional charge of 50% per day is applicable for single occupancy of double rooms.
- The third and fourth bed in a double room benefit from a 10% or 20% discount on the adult rate.
- Baby’s cot: € 15.00 per day. Baby's meals to be charged individually.
- A 15% surcharge will apply for bookings of less than 7 days during the week including the 15th of August.
- Weekends: a 10% surcharge will apply for bookings of one night only during the weekend.
- Dogs: small dogs are welcome when booked in advance. We would like to remind you that dogs are not allowed in common areas (restaurant, fitness centre, sauna). Daily rate for dogs: € 15.00 (excluding food).
DINNER
An à la carte restaurant and pizzeria are also available in addition to the hotel restaurant (consult prices).
INTERNET
In-room internet access is available at a rate of € 3.00 per day, or € 15.00 per week.
“LONG WEEK” SPECIAL
A 5% discount is applicable for bookings for 14 days or more.
CHILDREN’S RATES (summer season)
- Children from 0 to 5 years inclusive: free (excluding cot)
- Children from 6 to 11 years inclusive: 50% discount
- Cot: € 15.00 per day
DISCOUNT FOR 3rd AND 4th BED (winter season)
(applicable for standard room rate)
- Children from 0 to 2 years inclusive: free (excluding cot)
- Children from 3 to 6 years inclusive: 50% discount
- Children from 7 to 11 years inclusive: 30% discount
- Children from 12 to 14 years inclusive: 20% discount
- Children over 15 years: 10% discount
- Cot: € 15.00 per day
SPECIAL “FAMILY” RATE
From the 17th of April to the end of the season, children under 10 years staying in the same room as their parents stay for free, and a 70% discount applies for children aged 10 to 14 years inclusive.
SPECIAL "Over 70" RATE
A 10% discount applied for guests aged 70 years or older staying with us in April, May or September.
“HOSPIT-HANDY” SPECIAL
A 10% discount applies for guests with a certified disability staying with us in April, May or September.
“HEREDITARY MOTOR AND SENSORY NEUROPATHY” SPECIAL
A 20% discount applies for guests with HMSN staying with us in April, May or September.
“GROUP” RATE
Book for 25 and the 26th stays free.
“WELLNESS” PACKAGE
A weekend of wellness for him and her.
NEW YEAR
Guests staying with us during the week around New Year’s Eve are welcome to join us for our sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner with live music (bookings required, price on request).

Cancellations
All year:
- Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date: 0% fee
- Cancellation within 59 to 30 days of the arrival date: 20% fee
- Cancellation within 30 to 15 days of the arrival date: 50% fee
- Cancellation 14 days or closer to the arrival date, or no show: 100% fee
During summer:
- Cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date: 0% fee
- Cancellation within 28 to 15 days of the arrival date: 20% fee
- Cancellation within 14 to 3 days of the arrival date: 50% fee
- Cancellation within 2 or closer to the arrival date, or no show: 100% fee
Guests who decide to leave earlier than the booked departure date will be required to pay for the entire stay.
Late check-outs after 10 a.m. will be subject to a 50% surcharge and a 100% surcharge after 3 p.m.
